2.1 Wallet Connection

Access to premium features requires connecting a compatible self-custodial Solana wallet via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
• All activities, transactions, and interactions occurring through your connected wallet.

2.2 SKR Token Transfers

To unlock premium content, the Service facilitates the transfer of SKR tokens (SPL Mint: SKRbvo6Gf7GondiT3BbTfuRDPqLWei4j2Qy2NPGZhW3) from your connected wallet to the designated recipient wallet.

• Irreversibility: All blockchain transactions are final, immutable, and irreversible. We cannot reverse, refund, or cancel transactions.
• Gas Fees: You are responsible for all network transaction fees (Solana transaction fees/gas) incurred during transactions.
• Blockchain Risks: We are not responsible for any failures, delays, or errors in transaction execution caused by the Solana blockchain, wallet software, RPC providers, or network congestion.

2.3 Premium Status and Restores

The Service checks the backend database and the Solana blockchain to verify your transaction history and restore premium access. If you lose access to your connected wallet, you may lose access to your premium status and saved data, as subscriptions are tied directly to your wallet address.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or backend servers.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures, content gating, or digital rights management systems within the application.
• Inject malicious code, trojans, worms, or other technologically harmful material into our backend database or client applications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

4.1 Content Ownership

Unless otherwise specified, all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and materials contained in the Service are the property of Monotheism or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Bible Translations and Media

The application may utilize third-party Bible translations, dictionary definitions, and video resources. All rights to third-party content are held by their respective copyright holders. Your use of this content must comply with all applicable terms, licenses, and fair use guidelines.

5.1 "As Is" and "As Available"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

5.2 Blockchain & Smart Contract Disclaimers

WE DO NOT CONTROL AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE SOLANA NETWORK, SPL TOKEN PROTOCOLS, OR THIRD-PARTY WALLET APPLICATION FUNCTIONALITY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISKS OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC SYSTEMS AND WEB3 INTERACTIONS.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONOTHEISM, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms or the features of the Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where practical, notifying you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
